DIRECTIONS
From Johannesburg Airport, take the East Rand signs onto the R22 highway towards Benoni/Witbank. At Witbank the R22 becomes the N4. Carry on this route, past Middelburg and take the Belfast turn off (R33). Go through Belfast and at the second stop street turn right onto the R540 Dullstroom/Lydenburg road and travel for 30km. Turn left at the second Uitflugt turning, Millstream is on the right after about 400m.
